We generally quote by the project but for some situations, an hourly
rate is more appropriate.  First two hours paid upfront.  Subsequent

POLICIES

• We always require some payment upfront to start
• Cancellation of meeting must be made within 48-hours or a $75 fee will be charged.
• If a project encounters serious unexpected issues that require more than 5 hours of our time, the proposal will be null and void
• If any offsite work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable
• You are welcome to contact us whenever for a short 5-minute question. However, if your issue requires more than 10-minutes of our time or if we need to connect remotely, we will charge in 15-minute increments at our hourly rate of $120.
